Blog Assignment 5: Block of Type

I don't find all types of graffiti beautiful, but when certain areas are completely covered in graffiti I find it quite amazing. It's almost as if the graffiti becomes the environment. I had planned on taking pictures of the somewhat sketchy Krog tunnel, but due to the rainy, overcast days, I wasn't able to. The graffiti in the Krog tunnel is not only useful as an artistic expression, but has become a way of informing individuals about upcoming event. There are often large posters advertising event painted in that area.
